1.This event is open to all. Runners from any institution or organization are welcome to participate. We warmly invite runners from across Bangladesh to join us and be part of this special celebration.

2.Only registered participants will be allowed to take part in the event.

3.Participants must carry or wear their official race bib throughout the race.Bib numbers are personal and non-transferable.

4.Participants must follow all instructions given by race officials, volunteers, and security personnel.

5.Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including injury, illness, travel issues, or personal emergencies.

6.Organizers reserve the right to modify the route, schedule, or event format if required due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7.Any participant found engaging in misconduct, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior may be disqualified.

8. By registering, participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, and media content captured during the event for promotional purposes.

9.The decision of the organizers and race officials will be considered final in all matters related to the event.

10. Participants registering under the DIU category must present their valid DIU ID card during kit collection. Alumni participants must present their Alumni ID card for verification.

11. Shuttle service will be available on race day for participants. Shuttle buses will operate from Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Tongi, and Uttara.
