📋 Instructions, Terms & Conditions
Registration & Confirmation:
Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Participants must complete registration and clear payments within the specified deadline to secure their slot and kit size.
Category Verification:
Students must provide a valid Student ID card during kit collection to be eligible for the Students 10K category.
Age verification documents may be required for the Kids 1K category.
Bib Number Guidelines:
The Race Bib must be worn visibly on the front of your chest/jersey at all times during the race.
Bib numbers are strictly non-transferable; swapping bibs will lead to immediate disqualification.
Race Day Conduct:
Participants must follow the instructions provided by race marshals, volunteers, and medical teams along the route.
Any runner found using unfair means or shortcuts will be disqualified immediately.
Health & Safety:
Runners participate at their own risk. While medical support will be available on-course, participants are advised to consult a physician prior to the event if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
Finisher Entitlements:
Medals and online certificates will only be awarded to runners who successfully finish their registered category within the designated cut-off time.
